Job Summary
The SEO Manager will play a crucial role in driving organic growth and enhancing CurateIt's online visibility. This role involves a deep understanding of SEO best practices, content strategy, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase site traffic, improve search rankings, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy aligned with CurateIt's business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for search engine optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor and analyze SEO metrics such as click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Perform regular SEO audits and implement corrective actions to improve website health.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all website code.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Generate monthly reports to track performance metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate with other marketing channels like PPC, email, and social media to align strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google search console, Google tags manager and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
