Competitor Analysis is important in order to get a full picture of what the scope should be it's always important to get a full picture of all your competitors along with their feature sets.
I think curate-it doesn’t fit in a particular box or at least it is trying to solve a slightly different gap that is missing in the market.

Competitor Analysis for Curate-it
We looked at a lot of platforms, where we could be competing in the future. What we see with apps like clickup.com, airtable is that there is more and more small-medium size business. There is more need and market demand for a multi-faceted tool that supports these small-medium businesses and eventually, they make their way to top enterprise, which often the big established companies would struggle to go from higher cost and pricing to lower.
It is too early to tell but one which we are more focused on is around the freemium model like google where the user gets real value like Gmail and android in return for some advertising revenue. Similarly to that we also like is youtube premium or amazon prime model where you pay a price if you don’t want to see ads or get free delivery giving users flexibility. It’s too early to decide but revenue is not the focus right now. We look at below as competitors in terms of value add that we can help replace to get the influencers, and brand ambassadors on board. Platforms we would truly be competing with would be the likes of Pinterest, Reddit, Gumroad, and Etsy.
Key metrics for us at the beginning are purely user onboarding and ongoing engagement.
What is blue ocean strategy?
A blue ocean strategy refers to a market in which there is no or very little competition for the product. It is about finding a market gap where no one or very few are competing. It involves seeking a business that is dominated by very few firms and does not face any price pressure. Blue Ocean Strategy is applicable to a wide variety of industries and businesses.

All of the above are curated and shared on Curateit as gems, collections, or in spaces

Stored as gems in collections and spaces (unique links on given topics)
Any content explored or saved should be very easy to share on all platforms including curate-it, as its a center piece for any social media influencer or small-medium businesses.
